If it’s a fit, we enter into a formal lease agreement directly with LS Property Management. Under this agreement, we become your tenant and are responsible for the rent for the full lease term — typically two years (one year if preferred).

Once the lease is in place, we manage all aspects of the mid-term housing process, including:
